CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a very friendly policy! If you need to cancel, please let us know by 6pm, 7 days ahead, for a full refund. If it is less time than that, we will gladly give you a refund if we rebook your room. If a refund is not possible, upon request, we will send you a gift certificate good Sunday-Thursday to use within 6 months. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly but we try to be fair. Regardless of the reason, we will charge a $25 processing fee for any and all cancellations. On holiday weekends we have a 14-day cancellation notice. Special events, for which all rooms are reserved, also require 14-day cancellation notice. If you want to email us to cancel please ask for a return email to be sure we received it!

CHECK IN 3.30PM-6PM or by appointment later. CHECK OUT 11AM.

WE ARE A NO SMOKING FACILITY - INSIDE AND OUT.

Children over 10 and pets can be accommodated. We do not have rollaway beds and only take 2 people per room. An additional charge of $15 is added for one dog. Two dogs max with an additional charge of $10 per dog per night.

Please note that we do have cats on the premises.
